Tom has been licensed since 1989 and works full time as a Residential/Commercial Broker in real estate serving his clients in Toronto and GTA. Tom specializes in Buying, Selling and Leasing of Residential and Commercial properties.
Tom graduated from Humber College in 1973 with a Business & Administration diploma.
After graduating Tom entered the food industry and worked as a manager in a major food chain. In 1979 Tom decided to venture into his own stores in the food business. He had various stores in the Eaton Centre, Sheraton Hotel, Stouffville, Etobicoke and Woodbridge. Tom was always involved in community sports, community clubs, chamber of commerce, optimist club and municipal politics. Tom was President of Woodbridge Knights baseball club for a number of years and merged together with Maple baseball and formed the City of Vaughan Baseball Association, where he was the inaugural president. Tom was also the Vice President of the Optimist club of Woodbridge. Giving back to the community has always been very important to him.
In 1989 Tom decided that it was time to make a career change as his passion for people navigated a successful transition into Real Estate. Tom received his Sales Representative – Real Estate Licence from OREA College in 1989 and immediately started working full time in the industry.

Joseph has been licensed since 2014 and works in real estate serving his clients in York and Simcoe Regions. Joseph specializes in Buying/Selling and Renting/Leasing of all types of Residential properties.
Joseph has achieved a diploma in Computer Networking in 2006 and diploma in Accounting in 2011. He previously was employed with Price Water House Cooper, Harris Corporation, BMW Group of Canada & and is presently employed at Johnson & Johnson Inc. Working at these diverse companies has greatly contributed to his real estate career.
Joseph received his Sales Representative – Real Estate licence from OREA College in 2014 and immediately started working in the industry.
Throughout his career, Joseph was fortunate working closely with his father Tom and his sister Teresa who are well known and respected in the real estate industry.
His intense hands on training helped him learn all aspect of the real estate industry. They worked closely together as a father-daughter-son team building a large clientele base of both local and international clients. All three of them are now operating under the brand name Pileggi Real Estate Team, “Always Working For You”.
The Pileggi Real Estate Team increases their business through many of the referrals that are passed onto them from their past and present clients.
