OUR MISSION
Our mission as a Lifestyle 55+ Affiliate and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) is to assist seniors in making decisions about their future residence based on their choice rather than their circumstances. With our additional education and life experiences assisting elders and their families with later-life real estate transactions, we are uniquely suited to assist the 55+ market with house sales and purchases. In addition, we utilize the knowledge of a network of outstanding professionals, such as accountants, attorneys specializing in elder care, contractors experienced in aging in place, estate planners, and others acquainted with the resources and services available in the community. We assist Boomers in moving to new places and work with elders and their families to help them handle the complex legal, financial, and emotional concerns of selling a home. Our role is to provide comprehensive support, from finding the right professionals to handling the paperwork to ensure a smooth transition. We help Boomers move to the home of their dreams and work with elders and their families to help them through the complex legal, financial, and emotional concerns of selling a house. In certain circumstances, it's reasonable for seniors to choose to stay put rather than move soon.
